Ahmad Durani Razad Khan is an accomplished professional in the trust industry, with over 20 years of extensive experience across reputable trust companies. He has held multiple roles, including managerial positions in trust and compliance, as well as leadership in corporate affairs. Over his tenure, Ahmad has been instrumental in promoting trust services, advising clients on trust arrangements, and ensuring fiduciary compliance.
During the early days of his career in the trust industry, Ahmad served as a senior trust officer, primarily handling Private Debt Securities (PDS) and bond compliance responsibilities. His role included ensuring issuers adhered to Trust Deed requirements, monitoring compliance across PDS transactions, and managing processes related to payments, document safekeeping, and stakeholder coordination.
Ahmad is skilled in Malaysian laws relating to Interest Schemes, Companies, Trusts, Payment Systems, Capital Markets, and AMLATF (Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing). His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and modern management practices, fostering a productive and engaging company culture while addressing operational and compliance challenges with adaptability and precision.
Chin Shiaw Wei is a seasoned corporate lawyer with over 10 years of experience in corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and corporate structuring. He practises as an Advocate & Solicitor, Company Secretary, Registered Trademark Agent, and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).
He brings to Virtue Trustee Berhad extensive expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) compliance and risk management, holding professional certifications in Managing Suspicious Transactions and Risk-Based Approach.
In 2026, he was elected as the President of the Malaysian Will and Trust Association, in recognition of his contributions to trust structures, estate planning, and fiduciary services.
